Bandelier National Monument Park is located near Los Alamos, New Mexico. I visited the park during my almost three month stay in Santa Fe while I was on an internship for Bostick & Sullivan. It was such a beautiful area in which some of the original cave dwellings of the Ancestral Pueblo tribe have been preserved. You're allowed to climb into some of the caves which provide an amazing reprieve from the hot sun above. It was about 20 degrees cooler in the caves than it was outside them.
It was one of the few trips I was able to make during my first summer in Santa Fe and I was incredibly happy to photograph this area.
