This summer I'm a work/study at Santa Fe Photographic Workshops. The first workshop I've been able to participate in was Michael Karsh's Natural and Artificial Lighting Techniques. We learned about finding the light and working with both natural and artificial lighting situations in studio and out on location. It was a wonderful experience. I learned so much and was able better my abilities working with models and lighting. The people I got to work with were just as amazing and all had different styles in photography to bring to the table.
Here are some of my favorite images I made during the workshops:
This coming week, I'll be taking From the Core: The Personal Narrative with Susan Burnstine. It should be an incredibly inspiring, creative week where the participants and I will dive into our innerselves and learn about ourselves. But no expectations :) I'm simply trying to learn as much as I can about everything that comes my way. I'll post some images that come out of this workshop next week.
